1. Who we are

XAU Frontier ("XAU Frontier", "we", "us", "our") publishes market analysis and educational trading content covering gold (XAUUSD) and the Nasdaq 100 index (NAS100). Our content is distributed through this website and our official Telegram channel at t.me/xaufrontier.

You can reach us at trade@xaufrontier.com. That address and the Telegram channel above are our only official channels.

2. No financial advice

Nothing published by XAU Frontier is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing we publish is a personal recommendation or an invitation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

Our content is general in nature. It is prepared without regard to your financial situation, your objectives, your experience or your risk tolerance. Two people receiving the same signal may be in entirely different positions to act on it — one of them should, one of them should not, and we have no way of knowing which is which.

Before acting on anything you read here, consider whether it is appropriate for you and, where relevant, obtain independent advice from a professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

3. What a "signal" is and is not

A signal published by XAU Frontier is a description of a price level and a trade idea that we find interesting, together with a stop loss and one or more targets. It is a statement of what we are watching. It is not:

• a prediction of what the market will do;
• an instruction to place a trade;
• a recommendation of position size, leverage or account risk;
• a promise that the level will be reached, respected or profitable.

Position sizing is entirely your responsibility. We publish the level and the invalidation point. How much capital you expose to it is a decision only you can make, and it is the decision that determines whether a losing streak is survivable.

4. Risk warning

Foreign exchange, contracts for difference, spot metals, indices and other margined products are complex instruments and carry a high level of risk. In particular:

• Leverage amplifies losses as well as gains. A small adverse price move can wipe out a large portion of your account.
• You may lose your entire invested capital, and with some brokers and account types you may lose more than you deposited.
• Markets gap. Stop losses are not guaranteed to execute at the level you set, particularly around news events, weekends and periods of low liquidity.
• Spreads, swaps, commissions and slippage will make your real results differ from any theoretical result implied by a signal.
• Gold and index markets can be highly volatile and are sensitive to macroeconomic data, central bank policy and geopolitical events.

These products are not suitable for everyone. Do not trade with borrowed money, with funds you need for living expenses, or with money whose loss would cause you material hardship.

5. No performance guarantee

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed. Losing trades are a normal and expected part of any trading approach.

Any results, examples or illustrations shown on this website or in our channel — including the example signal shown on our home page — are for format and educational purposes only. They are not live levels, not verified trading records, and not a representation of what any particular person achieved or will achieve.

6. Your responsibilities

By using this website or our Telegram channel, you confirm that:

• you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• trading these products is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for checking that it is;
• you make your own trading decisions and accept full responsibility for their outcomes;

Content is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. Prices and levels referenced may be delayed, indicative, or drawn from third-party sources we do not control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Third parties and brokers

We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any particular broker unless we state so explicitly. Choosing a broker is your decision — check its regulatory status, its terms and its withdrawal process yourself before depositing funds.

We do not hold, receive, manage or have access to client funds. We do not offer managed accounts. We will never ask for your broker login, password, one-time code or wallet keys, and we will never ask you to send money to a personal account. Any message making such a request is not from us — please report it and email us at trade@xaufrontier.com.

9. Intellectual property

The XAU Frontier name, logo, content and design are our property. You may share and quote our content with attribution and a link. You may not republish it as your own, resell it, or use our branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.

10. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate XAU Frontier, redistribute channel content for commercial gain, harass other members, or use the channel to solicit funds or promote unrelated services. We may remove any member from the channel at our discretion.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and this disclosure from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date at the top reflects the last change. Continued use of the website or channel after a change means you accept the updated terms.
