Privacy policy

The short version

This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts — the typefaces are served from our own domain. If you simply read this site, we do not collect anything that identifies you.

The only way we hold your personal data is if you choose to email us, or if you join our Telegram channel — in which case Telegram, not us, is handling your account data.

Who is responsible

XAU Frontier is the controller of any personal data described below. You can contact us about privacy at trade@xaufrontier.com.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request — IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser user-agent and referring page. This is generated automatically by the web server, is used for security and troubleshooting, and is retained according to our host's standard retention period.
• Email correspondence. If you write to trade@xaufrontier.com we hold your email address, your message and our reply so we can respond and keep a record of the exchange.
• Nothing else. There are no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up, no accounts and no payment processing on this website.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies, and we do not use local storage or similar tracking technologies. That is why you are not seeing a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Legal basis for processing

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies to you, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (server logs) and in responding to enquiries you initiate (email correspondence). If we ever introduce anything requiring consent — analytics, for example — we will ask you first.

Telegram

Our channel is hosted on Telegram. When you join, your interaction with the channel is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy, not by this one. Depending on your Telegram privacy settings, channel administrators may be able to see your public username. We do not export, compile or sell member lists, and we do not use member information for anything other than running the channel.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. The only parties that process data on our behalf are our hosting provider (which operates the web and mail servers) and Telegram (which operates the channel). We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email trade@xaufrontier.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but because we do not collect accounts, payment details or credentials, there is very little about you for us to lose. We will never ask you for your broker password, one-time codes or wallet keys — see our risk disclosure for more on that.

Children

This website and our channel are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will also be announced on the Telegram channel.
